Bookings can be canceled a minimum of 7 business days prior the service date via logging in to your account or by email. All other changes to your booking within 7 business days (cancellations, rescheduling, or changes) will incur a 100% fee which will cover our losses for the booking block being unavailable for other customers.
If you have weekly service with us, please schedule your closing accordingly and dont forget to “cancel” your weekly service: to avoid over billing, stop automatic payments, and prevent unused credit accumulation. This can be done from your account page. If you need help, please contact us.
