Please note: Unused weekly service credits can be reactivated the following season only. No credits can be used on other services or products offered, nor cash refunds for unused credit. Weekly service is provided at a substantial discount to single visits, if we revert pricing for individual visits and cost of chemicals you would have a balance due not a credit. Best to save the credits for next year by pausing your service in your account page.

Pool must be free of algae at time of closing appointment and cleaned of dirt, debris, and algae unless you are including a cleaning option below. Return visits will be charged $150.00

Cleaning up-to one hour: additional cleaning time billed at $95/hr
If your pool is dirty it SHOULD be cleaned before closing, closing a dirty pool could take weeks to clean up coming next season costing you valuable swimming time *Please note we will not close a green or algae filled pool. this needs to be addressed prior closing or a waiver needs to be signed due to potential damage caused to the pool finish

If your waterfall is part of your hot tub / spa DO NOT select this option

Grottoes/ Lazy River * 

This service is to blow out all waterlines and protect drains from freezing and close house for winter.

Water bag option for in ground pool

Only use this option if you have a tarp cover and need waterbags. please specify how many bags you need. Each bag is 10 feet long you should have enough bags to equal the length of the perimeter of your pool ((length + width) x 2)

Drain pool * 

All water will be removed and the pool hosed down. This is not common and used only if you have a chemistry issue (high total dissolved solids, high cyanuric acid, or would just like to refresh the old water supply with new water.

The pool will be drained and acid washed to remove stubborn stains, calcium build up, and to refresh the appearance
