  • Install safety cover, plugs, remove Diving boards, ladders, and/or rails if equipped. dis-assemble pump, filter cleaner and automatic heater. blow out system. Chemical Analysis and stabilizing.
  • If you have weekly service with us, please schedule your closing accordingly and don’t forget to “cancel” your weekly service: to avoid over billing, stop automatic payments, and prevent unused credit accumulation. This can be done from your account page. If you need help, please contact us.
  • Please note: Unused weekly service credits can be reactivated the following season only. No credits can be used on other services or products offered, nor cash refunds for unused credit. Weekly service is provided at a substantial discount to single visits, if we revert pricing for individual visits and cost of chemicals you would have a balance due not a credit. Best to save the credits for next year by pausing your service in your account page.
  • Please note: if you prefer to make an appointment via phone or text  to avoid using the website, the price will be increased 100% above the listed web price to help offset the cost of administrative costs required to do it for you. This is not negotiable. We will ask to confirm you have read this before making the appointment
  • Pool must be free of algae at time of closing appointment and cleaned of dirt, debris, and algae unless you are including a cleaning option below. Return visits will be charged $150.00

  • All incorrect orders will be returned and appointment date lost
  • Our services are provided in Northern Bergen County, New Jersey only, if you are unsure if we service your area, please call our office before making the appointment avoid cancellation charges.
  • Bookings can be canceled a minimum of 7 business days prior the service date via logging in to your account or by email. All other changes to your booking within 7 business days (cancellations, rescheduling, or changes) will incur a 100% fee which will cover our losses for the booking block being unavailable for other customers.

Cleaning Options *

Cleaning up-to one hour: additional cleaning time billed at $95/hr
If your pool is dirty it SHOULD be cleaned before closing, closing a dirty pool could take weeks to clean up coming next season costing you valuable swimming time *Please note we will not close a green or algae filled pool. this needs to be addressed prior closing or a waiver needs to be signed due to potential damage caused to the pool finish

Grottoes/ Lazy River *

This service is to blow out all waterlines and protect drains from freezing and close house for winter.

Water bag option for in ground pool

Only use this option if you have a tarp cover and need waterbags. please specify how many bags you need. Each bag is 10 feet long you should have enough bags to equal the length of the perimeter of your pool ((length + width) x 2)

Drain pool *

All water will be removed and the pool hosed down. This is not common and used only if you have a chemistry issue (high total dissolved solids, high cyanuric acid, or would just like to refresh the old water supply with new water.

The pool will be drained and acid washed to remove stubborn stains, calcium build up, and to refresh the appearance

failure to cancel service renewal prior your closing which results in an additional charge to you for service will incur a $150 fee for CC processing charges and administrative charges to do it for you.
