Description
This is a service offered for customers who need a little help getting their pool clean. No chemicals included in this service. We will skim, brush and vacuum if possible to make your pool beautiful. Price is for 1 hour of cleaning. Chemicals can be purchased directly from techs while on site.
If water clarity permits an opening vacuuming will be performed as required using water hoses and an industrial gas powered water pump to remove the silt from the bottom of the pool. Your water level should be high when the techs arrive. They will vacuum the pool and evacuate the water to the street. You should expect water loss of 1-4 inches. The Techs will start adding water with your hose upon arrival. Someone should be home to monitor the water level and shutoff the hose when it reaches the proper level. If no one is home, your equipement will be turned off, prior leaving to ensure no damage occurs.
A “normal cleaning” is performed with a high powered 24vdc underwater manually driven induction vacuum. The debris is filter through our “super fine mesh” fabric and the water remains in the pool while catching and removing debris larger then 20 microns. This filtration vacuum method does NOT, DOES NOT!, work on the fine silt found at openings and what remains after intial startup and shock treatment. It WILL CLOUDY THE WATER, damage our equipement, and settle back to the pool floor after we leave. If water clarity is not present on arrival no vacuuming will take place. Instead we were correct Equipment and Chemistry to clear the water in a second visit will need to be booked in order to vacuum any remaining debris off the floor ones visible.

If this appointment is booked as a “normal cleaning” and the techs arrive and find it is an “Season opening Vacuuming” The service will not be performed, your booking will be canceled and the you will ONLY recieve a $50 refund. Our time is valuable and appointments are limited and wasted due to dishonesty. That type of behavior and deceit is not tolerated and extremely disrespectful.
Cancelations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are non refundable. As the time can not be booked by another customer within this time range.
